“Qualicore/Henrik Meincke was contracted as a consultant for INVISIO/Global Quality Management late 2023 with the assignment to Project lead an important cross-functional complex infrastructure project, with many stakeholders both in Denmark and in Harrow/UK. The Project objective was to migrate product data from the acquired company’s PLM system into INVISIO’s PLM system, in close cooperation with representatives from key functional areas in the acquired company, INVISIO and other external consultants.

The project commenced in December 2023 and had 2 milestones and a target deadline for completion October first, 2024. The project delivered the specified outcome and completed within the deadline, to INVISION’s highest satisfaction.

In continuation of the original assignment, Qualicore was additionally assigned for tasks related to other projects in the Global Quality Management: Assessment and development of acquired company’s processes with the aim to integrate into Group Quality System. These covered: Consolidated Group Quality Policy and QMS Framework, Support to Global Quality Management for pre-audit preparations for acquired company, AQAP Gap analysis, and proposal for new INVISIO Group level ISO 31000 based Risk Management Process.

Qualicore has also supported on more ad-hoc. based tasks like Complaints and Non-conformity issues solving.
